ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE

Hey everyone, I’ve given up on working out after not seeing results fast enough too many times to count, but I’ve finally realised I’m not going to see drastic changes within a week, but with patience and hard work I will get those results over time. So I’ve created this blog to inspire and keep myself motivated so that I can get fit and finally have that dream body.
I hope it inspires and motivates all of you too :)


So I went overseas for a few months and put on 10kgs while I was over there. Time to lose it!
